Cristina Coca has extensive experience in advising large estates and family businesses on tax matters, and in defending clients in tax inspection and verification processes.
Her specialty area includes advising on tax matters for the planning and restructuring of personal assets and the family businesses of large business estates, as well as any intergenerational transfers.
She is an associate professor in the Master of Laws in Taxation (subjects: wealth tax, family businesses, and corporate income tax) at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
As an adjunct lecturer of the Economics Department, she has also lectured on tax law in the degree in business and economy at Universitat de Barcelona.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
