Carlota Barrio Castrodeza

Carlota Barrio advises on a wide range of national and international transactions involving company acquisitions, joint ventures, business group restructurings and commercial contracts.

She also has expertise in structuring and negotiating sales agreements, coordinating due diligence procedures, negotiating commercial agreements, handling mergers and acquisitions, and advising on corporate law.

She also handles processes for incorporating and registering companies and venture capital funds.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for three years in the corporate department of an international law firm.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
