Advising national and international companies, both private and public, on employment matters. 

Ariadna Arriola regularly advises well-known companies from strategic sectors, including hospitality, chemical, banking and technology, on labor matters. 

She has been involved in restructuring transactions and collective bargaining with trade unions and workers’ representatives. She advises on global mobility and displacements, internal investigations procedures, collective bargaining agreements, the impact of disruptive technologies on labor relations. She prepares corporate policies, contracts, and dismissals, and handles due diligence procedures.

She also advises on important commercial and tax transactions and represents clients in the public and private sphere before the labor courts. 

She has written and co-written several articles in the press and specialized journals. 

She has taught classes on disruptive technologies (law 4.0) at ESADE, as well as lecturing in the Master in Digital Transformation Leadership at Barcelona Technology School.
