Antonio de Juan advises clients in a wide range of regions: CIS (Russian Federation specifically), MENA (Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and the UAE primarily), Europe (United Kingdom, Luxembourg, Switzerland, France, Portugal, Italy and Liechtenstein), the Americas (USA, and Venezuela), and East Asia (Japan).
His international experience is thanks to advising, and negotiating on behalf of, national and international individuals and companies, both in Spain and abroad, in the public and private sectors.
He helps clients to negotiate and implement contracts, mergers, acquisitions, transfers, participations, takeovers and similar transactions, as well as joint venture contracts and due diligence processes, and corporate restructurings.
He has coordinated multidisciplinary teams from different jurisdictions when handing these matters. He also advises large estates on their planning and restructuring.
He is a member of the Bar Association of the Balearic Islands.
