Specialist in urban planning law, the liability of public administration and judicial reviews.

Antonio Belda advises Spanish and international business groups and investment funds on the town planning aspects of developing and implementing all types of projects, as well as on buying, selling and financing real estate assets such as plots of land-developed and in the process of being developed-, shopping malls, residential and build-to-rent buildings, residence halls, senior living facilities, office and industrial buildings, and hotel/tourism complexes and projects, including any related jurisdictional issues.

He also regularly advises on acquisition, leasing and concession procedures for public administration assets and has participated in the planning, design and implementation of strategic regional projects for large industrial projects in Spain. 

He handles judicial reviews, and has acted before Spain’s Supreme Court and Constitutional Court, and the European Court of Human Rights.
