Exploraremos las principales novedades del “EU Pharmaceutical Package” y analizaremos cómo la inteligencia artificial ha influido en las ciencias de la vida desde la implementación del Reglamento IA. También haremos un breve repaso del Anteproyecto de la Ley de Garantías y Uso Racional, discutiendo los puntos clave y el posible impacto de esta futura legislación.
En la sesión, además, realizaremos un análisis detallado de las novedades introducidas por los dos reales decretos (i) Proyecto de Real Decreto de Precio y Financiación y (ii) Proyecto de Real Decreto por el que se regulan los procedimientos de financiación y precio de los medicamentos, junto con las tendencias de Infarmed en financiación y precios de medicamentos y otras tecnologías de salud.
Por último, examinaremos las últimas tendencias en materia de contratación pública y discutiremos las nuevas propuestas de ley de investigación clínica.
Al finalizar la sesión, compartiremos una comida para seguir conversando sobre los temas tratados.
