La sesión tratará de forma práctica las diferentes alternativas para la canalización de inversiones en activos inmobiliarios, tanto desde un punto de vista regulatorio como fiscal, con especial atención a las estructuras que permitan la comercialización entre inversores particulares y las cuestiones fiscales vinculadas a los beneficios de la empresa familiar. En particular se analizarán el ELTIF (FILPE), la SICC y la utilización de vehículos de capital-riesgo españoles para la inversión en este tipo de estrategias, haciendo un ejercicio comparativo entre ellos y respecto de los vehículos extranjeros que tradicionalmente se han venido empleando.
