Lessons learned resolving disputes in big projects

In this session, we will discuss how the wise use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms from dispute boards to mediation, neutral facilitators, and arbitration, has allowed parties in major projects around the world to navigate their disagreement efficiently.

Experienced speakers will discuss the use of resources, including multiple CPR resources, that have proved beneficial tools for their corporate clients. In this dynamic and interactive session, the speakers will share real life case studies revealing the advantages, and challenges of various dispute resolution mechanisms, as well as practical tips and lessons learned from their personal experiences. Participants in the audience will be encouraged to share their views, experience and questions with the panel and the audience for an interesting and collaborative discussion.

We look forward to your attendance!
