La sesión tiene como objetivo explicar los principales cambios que, el Real Decreto-ley 6/2023, de 19 de diciembre de 2023, aprobado por el Consejo de Ministros ha introducido en la Ley 49/2002 del mecenazgo con efectos desde el 2024. La reforma, muy esperada por parte del llamado Tercer Sector, tiene como objetivo principal incrementar los incentivos fiscales al mecenazgo, tanto para los mecenas personas físicas como jurídicas.
