Roox, leading company in POS solutions, merges with La Plana Group

Cuatrecasas advised La Plana Group on acquiring 51% of the share capital of the Cordoba company Roox - Arrebola y Perea, S.L., leading to the company's merger with Castellón-based La Plana. With over 15 years of experience, Roox specializes in manufacturing point-of-sale (POS) solutions and marketing furniture, and offering comprehensive design services for marketing and consultancy spaces at points of sale.

Thanks to this transaction, La Plana strengthens its presence in Andalusia and steps up its efforts to become a leading business for the manufacture of exhibition formats and supports at points of sale following its merger with Primera Línea Visual in 2021.

Family business group La Plana, specializing in manufacturing corrugated and compact cardboard containers and packaging, and exhibition solutions and furniture for points of sale—one of the largest groups in the sector with over 750 employees—,continues with the expansion and growth objectives established in its strategic plan.
