Cuatrecasas begins a new phase in Seville today. The law firm opens its new office on the ninth floor of Torre Sevilla after over 20 years on several floors of the old La Unión y el Fénix building in the city. Torre Sevilla is a skyscraper with open, modern spaces equipped with the latest technology that has quickly become a reference in the upscale office market of the Andalusian capital.

Today, over 50 employees, including lawyers and support staff, move into these 1,400 m2 of state-of-the-art facilities. In Torre Sevilla, they will enjoy an open space work area and a collaborative and eminently digital environment, in line with the Cuatrecasas flexible work model that fosters networking.

For the Cuatrecasas managing partner in Seville, José Moya, the new location means lawyers can improve their services to clients. “Beyond the physical relocation, the new office symbolizes an enhancement to our culture of excellence and innovation in the legal services we provide,” Moya remarks. The director of the Seville office also points out the internal benefits the new spaces will generate. “We want all our lawyers to feel valued, strengthen their team spirit and intensify their motivation to continue developing their talents. We are sure that Torre Sevilla is the ideal space to reach these objectives,” Moya emphasizes.

By joining the Torre Sevilla office complex, Cuatrecasas again invests in innovation in its offices, as it did in Barcelona, Madrid, and last year in Lisbon. It will also help the law firm to advance in line with its environmental, social and governance (ESG) objectives. Torre Sevilla is a clear example of sustainable construction with the LEED Gold Certification awarded to best environmental practices in building maintenance and management.
