SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Fondo de Capital Privado TC Latam and Desarrolladora de Zonas Francas S.A. on selling the Zetta Data Center. This transaction, led by our office in Colombia, includes the sale of Zetta Complex Operation S.A.S., the data center’s operating company, and the fiduciary rights to the property adjacent to the Zetta Data Center.
These facilities are located in Bogotá’s Free Trade Zone with approximately 5,000 m2 of built space.
