Newfold Digital strengthens its e-commerce market position by acquiring YITH

We have advised Newfold Digital, a leading web and e-commerce technology provider backed by Clearlake Capital Group and Siris Capital Group, on buying YITH, an international company specialized in developing plugins for WooCommerce.

This transaction will help Newfold Digital continue its international expansion and increase its e-commerce product range by buying one of the main independent sellers and developers of WooCommerce plugins.
