SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised MyInvestor Banco on registering perpetual preferred shares with the Spanish Alternative Fixed-Income Market (“MARF”).
MyInvestor Banco is a neobank offering a wide range of banking services. It is supervised by the Bank of Spain and the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission, and has joined the Spanish Deposit Guarantee Fund of Credit Institutions.
“Once again, MyInvestor opts for MARF as the alternative market for the placement of its perpetual preferred shares. This preferred shares issue is classed as AT1 for regulatory purposes, which involves improving the leverage ratio. MyInvestor has a sophisticated team of professionals in its corporate operations, capable of setting up innovative and complex transactions,” said Ana Mª Gamazo, the Cuatrecasas Finance partner who led the advisory services for this transaction, assisted by lawyer Antonio Ridao.
