SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Meliá Hotels International, S. A. (Meliá) on registering a Euro Commercial Paper (ECP) Program with Euronext Dublin, for a maximum outstanding balance of €300 million. The listing document was registered on June 24, 2024.
The ECP program will enable Meliá to issue promissory notes and thus diversify its financing sources, seize future market opportunities and continue to move forward with its expansion plan.
The Cuatrecasas advisory team in this process for the multinational was led by Corporate Finance partner Ana Ma Gamazo, assisted by lawyers Laura Martí and Iván Vargas.
