Cuatrecasas strengthens its Mexico City office and its presence in Latin America with the addition of lawyer Diego Garza as a new partner in the Corporate Taxation Practice.
Garza has over 15 years of tax practice experience, having worked in two widely recognized law firms since 2010. He has regularly participated in legal counseling and representation in tax controversies, particularly in sectors such as mining, finance, automotive manufacturing and consumer products. He has also obtained positive results in audit processes, conclusive agreements and tax refund procedures for leading companies in Mexico. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Master in Tax Law from the Pan-American University of Mexico City.
On joining Cuatrecasas, Garza commented: “This new stage in Cuatrecasas is exciting as it will be full of new personal and professional challenges.
