Isabel Merenciano has an outstanding career practicing as a labor lawyer for almost 25 years, with an extensive background making her a leading expert in labor and employment law, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation for companies. She has extensive experience in advising companies (especially in the automotive, financial, industrial, port and transport sectors) and institutions in relation to collective bargaining, management of collective processes, restructurings, senior management, labor aspects of corporate transactions, and implementation and review of policies on preventing risks in the workplace.
With a Bachelor of Laws and doctorate studies from Universidad de Valencia, Isabel Merenciano was recognized by Best Lawyers, in 2015 and in 2017, as best female lawyer in Spain in labor law. She is an arbitrator at the Labor Arbitration Tribunal in the autonomous region of Valencia, and an associate lecturer of labor law and social security law at Universidad CEU-Cardenal Herrera, as well as lecturing in its master for admission to the practice of law. She also speaks regularly at seminars and conferences, and has published many articles.
