Cuatrecasas closes new edition of Welcome Program

On November 21 and 22, Cuatrecasas held another edition of its Welcome Program, at  which it welcomed all the professionals that joined the firm between July and November 2023. 

A total of 65 professionals from the Barcelona, Bogotá, Lima, Lisbon, Madrid, Mexico City and Santiago offices participated in the Welcome Program, gaining in-depth knowledge of the firm’s history and business through several training sessions and activities.

Gianfranco Lotito, partner of Litigation and Arbitration, inaugurated the conference with a presentation of the firm, and the new hires could ask questions about the firm’s different practices and departments, as well as about its culture and values. As in every new edition, Elisabeth de Nadal, Cuatrecasas ESG director and coordinator of the Business and Human Rights Practice, spoke about the challenges facing the area she directs.

As in all editions of the program, the participants enjoyed team activities such as an escape room designed for the new colleagues to get know each other better.
