Cuatrecasas closes latest edition of Finishing Stages Program for mid-level associates

We held yet another successful Finishing Stages Program, a program organized year after year to enhance the professional and service-provision skills of our new mid-level associates. 

From May 16 to 19, approximately 70 of the firm’s lawyers came together at Sancti Petri (Cadiz) to attend a number of talks and activities where they could learn firsthand and in more depth about this new professional phase as mid-level associates, as well as learn more about the tools and techniques that will enable them to improve their skills and to stand out while carrying out their work.

The attendees of this edition were from the following offices: Alicante, Barcelona, Bogotá, Madrid, Mexico City, Lisbon, Palma de Mallorca, Porto, Santiago, Seville, Valencia and Zaragoza. They received support from Raúl Notario and Gemma Villalbí, our training and development experts, who helped the attendees to get the most out of these talks in which the following internal team of speakers participated: Ignacio Buil (partner of Finance and program director); Laura Canudas (marketing and business development director); Dèlcia M. Capocasale and Sonia Velasco (partners of Finance); Agustí Cerdá and Kai Fischer (partners of Corporate); Núria Martín (human resources director); and María Pérez Carrillo and Omar Puertas (partners of Litigation and Arbitration). The attendees also learned about the demands and needs of a large client thanks to Ainhoa Madrazo, head of legal at Isdin. 

It is very rewarding to accompany our lawyers during each phase of their career by organizing these types of programs which enable them to expand on their knowledge, as well as to learn from professionals in the firm's different practice areas and support staff departments, and to strengthen ties with their colleagues.
