Cuatrecasas closes five new editions of Exchange Program promoting networking between Latin American and Spanish lawyers

SubscribeBetween May and October, 2024, Cuatrecasas has held five new editions of our Exchange Program in the Barcelona and Madrid offices. The program is aimed at newly hired associates in Latin America and intends to improve their knowledge of the firm, facilitate their integration process and promote networking with their Spanish counterparts.
At each event—from May 13 to 17 in Barcelona, June 10 to 14 in Madrid, July 1 to 5 in Barcelona, September 23 to 27 in Madrid and October 21 to 25 in Barcelona—for one week, the new associates from our Bogotá, Lima, Mexico City and Santiago offices attended different sessions and workshops to learn in detail about their respective groups and practice areas, the firm’s Knowledge and Innovation Group and how the different support staff departments operate.
In each edition, the attendees had the support of Human Resources, as well of their mentors who were in charge of organizing activities and group dynamics to create a relaxed atmosphere, strengthen ties and enhance their professional skills and personal brand.
Ikhlas Nadi Jagdal, Cuatrecasas training specialist, commented: “Another year where the Cuatrecasas Exchange Program has been a success at each of its editions, promoting synergies and enriching both mentors and mentees.
