Cuatrecasas advises CaixaBank on financing agreement for Zuhaira to purchase Barceló Costa Ballena Hotel

SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised CaixaBank on real estate financing granted to Zuhaira, the project company of Gorbea Arrendamientos, to acquire the Barceló Costa Ballena Golf & Spa Hotel in Rota (Cádiz).
The €12 million financing has enabled Zuhaira to fund the purchase of one of the most prestigious hotels on the coast of Cádiz. The tourist complex is now part of an extensive portfolio of luxury properties owned by high-end real estate agency Gorbea Arrendamientos, who was advised on this transaction by Ramón y Cajal law firm.
The Cuatrecasas team advising CaixaBank was made up of lawyers José Ramón Berecibar, Tomás Ugalde, Álvaro Pérez-Iriondo and Marina Pérez-Sasía.
