SubscribeCuatrecasas has advised Automotriz Portillo Sur Limitada on acquiring all the key assets of car dealership Medina & Ballart S.A.
The transaction will enable Portillo Sur to strengthen its position in southern Chile, representing a significant commercial boost within the market.
“This deal is an important strategic step forward for our client, as it strengthens its presence in the Chilean automotive industry. We are grateful for the trust that Portillo Sur and its in-house legal team placed in us,” said Tomás Kubick, a Corporate and M&A partner at the Cuatrecasas Santiago office.
