The Cassation Appeal Group specializes in developing, drafting and lodging cassation appeals and extraordinary appeals for infringement of procedural law before civil courts; state and regional cassation appeals before judicial-review courts; appeals for the protection of constitutional rights; requests for preliminary rulings and subsequent defense before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.

Our team is made up of highly qualified and recognized experts that combine their knowledge of the procedural rules governing these appeals with their experience in the subject matters involved, covering civil, commercial, administrative, constitutional and EU law.

In each appeal, we assign lawyers from other areas of the firm with expertise in the subject matter of the lawsuit to work alongside our procedural lawyers, who regularly appear before the high courts of justice, the Spanish Supreme Court, the Spanish Constitutional Court, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights.
