Rubén Díez

Rubén Díez has developed his career at the firm’s Alicante, Barcelona and Valencia offices. He is a member of the tax litigation group of Cuatrecasas.

He specializes in defending taxpayers’ rights in proceedings with the public authorities, covering all types of taxes. He has managed the legal supervision of many appeals before the tax appeal boards, the high courts of justice, the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court.

In addition to practicing law, he lectures on finance and tax law at Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera.

He is the author of several specialized articles and press releases, and contributed to Colección de anuarios. Prácticas para abogados (Collection of yearbooks. Practices for lawyers), commenting on cases that he handled.
