Rafael Monsalve is an expert in banking litigation, and in the real estate, construction and engineering, and agri-food sectors.
He has participated in many litigation and arbitration procedures related to the ownership of assets and rights, and to civil and commercial contracts.
He is a member of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club, of the board of directors of the Association for the Exercise of Mediation and Arbitration (ASEMARB) and of the governing board of the Seville Bar Association.
He lectures on subjects of his specialty at universities, institutions and business schools, and is a member of the thesis committee of the Master in Legal Consultancy for Businesses at the Instituto Cajasol.
He regularly helps draft law review articles on subjects in his area of expertise (Revista Aranzadi Doctrinal, Práctica Contenciosa para abogados and Comentarios a las Sentencias de Unificación de Doctrina -Civil y Mercantil-).
