Pilar Pastor advises on alternative investment assets. She assists with creating and advising collective investment management companies and incorporating national and international private funds in areas such as private equity, debts, venture capital, infrastructure and real estate and master-feeder structures.
She also advises credit institutions, investment companies and fund managers on regulatory, finance and compliance matters, as well as providing training in these areas. She assists in implementing new regulations, markedly sectoral transactions, service marketing, MiFID II/CRD IV/EMIR and disciplinary procedures against regulators.
She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
