Pau Masana

Pau Masana has extensive experience in M&A, joint ventures (national and international) and business collaboration agreements in various sectors and industries. 

He regularly advises Spanish and foreign companies on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, as well as on drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements. He is vice-secretary non-director of the board of directors of national and international companies, advising them on corporate and contractual law.

In 2015, he was based at the firm’s Shanghai office, where he advised Spanish companies on their interests in the region.

He lectures on commercial law in the Bachelor of Laws and Business Administration at ESADE Business & Law School.

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and was a member of the governing board of Youth Economic Circle Spain (YEC) from 2012 to 2014.
