Pablo Ramírez advises on pre-litigation and litigation matters in complex copyright, industrial property, unfair competition and consumer law disputes, as well as on mass litigation and class actions within those areas. He also advises on coordinating disputes on an international scale.
Pablo handles matters in the technology, entertainment, automotive, health, art and retail industries.

He has been included by the World Intellectual Property Organization (“WIPO”) as mediator and arbitrator in the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center’s list for IP and IT disputes. 

He is a member of the Spanish Association for Protecting Literary and Artistic Works and of the Spanish group of the International Literary and Artistic Association.

He is an associate lecturer of civil law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, author of several articles and speaker at forums on his specialty area.
