Pablo Guillén advises clients on hiring, general and special (senior management) labor relations, termination and suspension of employment contracts (individual and collective), substantial modifications of working conditions, functional and geographical mobility, restructuring, collective disputes, penalty system, outsourcing, business succession, collective bargaining agreements and labor audits.
He also defends clients in the labor courts and in disputes; represents them before the labor authorities, and the Labor and Social Security Inspectorate; and assists them with collective bargaining processes.
Between 2011 and 2019, he worked as an employment and labor lawyer in a top international company based in Alicante.
He is a member of the Alicante Bar Association.
He lectures on substantive labor law in the Master in Legal Practice at Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera, and speaks regularly at seminars, associations and courses relating to labor advice.
