Oriol Oliva advises large estates and family businesses on tax matters, and defends clients in tax inspection and verification processes.
His specialty area includes advising on tax matters for the planning and restructuring of personal assets and the family businesses of large business estates, as well as any intergenerational transfers.
He also advises on company sales transactions and on corporate restructurings.
He lectures in the Master of Laws in Taxation (subjects: wealth tax and family businesses) at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya.
He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
He is the author of articles on tax law.
