Nuria Nicolau specializes in tax and customs lawsuits at all levels (tax boards, lower and higher courts of justice, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union).
A member of the Indirect Tax Group, she is an expert in the procedural, strategic and litigation aspects of indirect taxation and an expert in customs law.
She lectures in the Master in Tax Planning and Consultancy at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya (UIC) and in the Master in International Tax Consultancy at ISDE Law & Business School, and teaches on the course on Customs Procedure Management and Foreign Trade at the Cambra Oficial de Comerç, Indústria, Serveis i Navegació de Barcelona.
She is the author of several articles on taxation, and speaks at forums on tax litigation and administrative proceedings, taxpayers’ rights, and indirect taxation and customs.
