Markus Gómez advises private clients in and out of court on dispute resolution and international arbitration, particularly concerning insurance, infrastructure and transport, construction and international trade.

He advises clients in the transport and maritime industry on procedural and commercial matters, and on litigation and arbitration in matters such as supply contracts and agency agreements, international sales, ship operation, Incoterms and logistics.

With a native level of German, he is a member of the Cuatrecasas German Desk and has developed strong relationships with the firm’s German-speaking clients.

Member of the German Maritime Arbitration Association (GMAA) and the Maritime-Marine Cluster of Andalusia (CMMA) and of the Madrid Bar Association.

Assistant lecturer in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE.
