Mariano Ucar advises national and international companies and private equity firms on domestic and crossborder company sales, particularly in deals with a Latin American component. He also advises on business restructurings, joint ventures, commercial contracts and corporate disputes.
He is a member of the firm's German Desk, specializing in the pharmaceutical and energy sectors.
Between 2013 and 2014, he worked as international associate at Sullivan & Cromwell's New York office.
He lectures on corporate law in several postgraduate courses.
