María Moína Villamayor

María Moína advises on formalizing family agreements to implement intergenerational transfers.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association and of the Association of Succession Law Specialists (ACEDS).

She works regularly with the law faculty at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya, and participates as a speaker in the “Training program for directors of family businesses,” organized by the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce and in various programs and specialized sessions organized by the Catalan Association of Family Businesses.

She works regularly with Lab d’Acció Social i empresa (part of Blanquerna’s Faculty of Communications and International Relations), a professional space for collaboration between social action entities and companies.

She is member of the Cuatrecasas Pro Bono Committee.
