Laura Gimeno

Laura Gimeno advises on professional civil liability and commercial and contractual litigation. She represents professionals and companies in disputes over contractual and non-contractual liability, as well as negotiating and resolving complex contractual disputes.

She also advises on interpreting and negotiating agreements for professional services, particularly focusing on defending legal claims of malpractice and managing risks associated with professional practice in the medical, architecture, engineering and consultancy sectors.

Regarding contracts, she advises on dispute resolution, including breach of contract, and disputes over terms and conditions, as well as litigation related to implementing commercial agreements.

She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
