Jorge Serrote specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions, particularly in the finance, real estate, energy, infrastructure and tourism sectors. He is also experienced in banking and corporate finance law.

From 2021 to 2022, he worked at SLCM - Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, a full-service law firm with over 60 years of activity that merged with Cuatrecasas in 2023.

Previously, he worked at other law firms in Portugal.
