He also advises on M&A transactions, particularly on due diligence and negotiation processes for signing asset- and share-purchase agreements, and on the drafting of non-compete and confidentiality agreements, and executive remuneration schemes, including stock options and long-term incentives.
He is an expert in advising companies starting operations in Mexico on labor and employment law.
