Javier Nogueira de Zavala is an expert in state, regional and local taxes, advising individuals and large taxpayers on all types of administrative and court proceedings, including special review appeals, state liability claims and appeals for constitutional protection.
He lectures in the Master for Admission to the Practice of Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and speaks regularly at Club Fiscal conferences, organized by the Spanish Association for Management Progress (APD).
