Francisco Conde is an expert in advising on labor and employment law issues in national and international transactions in relation to restructuring, insolvency, and mergers and acquisitions and outsourcing. He is also an expert in collective bargaining, modification and flexibilization of working conditions, complementary social security; remuneration schemes and employee fidelity programs; and senior management contracts, remuneration and benefits.
He defends companies at all stages of the labor courts and in the Constitutional Court.
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, of the executive committee of the Spanish Employment Lawyers Association (FORELAB), of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA) and secretary of the Labor Law Commission of the International Association of Lawyers (UIA).
He has written several articles and works on his specialty, and regularly lectures at Spanish universities (Universidad de Navarra, Universidad San Pablo – CEU, ICADE, ESADE, Instituto de Empresa, Aranzadi, Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección (APD), Confederación Empresarial de Madrid (CEIM-CEOE), etc).
