Advising companies on concentrations and on investigations and procedures relating to anti-competitive practices.

Fernando Salhuana advises companies on competition law, particularly on investigations and procedures relating to anti-competitive practices, and leniency applications, as well as on prior control of business concentrations. 

He also advises on unfair competition and advertising, the removal of bureaucratic barriers, consumer protection and intellectual property.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, he worked at the Peruvian Institute for the Defense of Competition and Intellectual Property (INDECOPI) and at top Peruvian law firms.

He is a member of the Lima Bar Association.

He has published articles in specialized journals and contributed to publications in print media.
