Fernando Ruiz advises on corporate law. He advises national and foreign companies and capital venture funds on M&A transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances, as well as and corporate restructurings involving public and private entities.
With over 11 years of experience, Fernando has worked at leading national and international law firms, including positions in Mexico and New York.
He was acknowledged by the International Chamber of Commerce México for obtaining first place in the Chair of Corporate and Professional Integrity.
Fernando also contributes to academia, teaching Commercial Law at the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and Mergers and Acquisitions at Universidad Panamericana.
