Fernando Remón works in the firm’s Financial Taxation Group. He is an expert in the taxation of business restructurings in the financial (M&A) and real estate sectors, having advised on some of the most important transactions in Spain.

He has extensive experience in the taxation of financial products, and of asset, debt and securitized instruments.

He is an associate professor on financial taxation at business schools such as the IE Business School, and speaks regularly at conferences and forums.
