Fernando Costal Carinhas

Fernando Costal Carinhas advises on developing different real estate projects, including transactions involving classified real estate, wine and agriculture production units, wind farms and office parks.

He also handles sale-and-lease-back transactions, urban renewal projects and disinvestment projects, including transactions with portfolios of non-performing loans (NPLs) and transfers of significant pools of real estate assets. He advises on managing, negotiating and selling banks’ real estate portfolios.

He is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
