She also advises on the implications of holding shares and derivative instruments, subscribing derivatives and implementing financing transactions involving securities. She has participated in some of the most relevant asset financing transactions in Spain (some involving ocean-going vessels), R&D projects and cinematographic works.
She has advised banks and insurance institutions on restructuring in relation to the Brexit plans. As a result of Brexit, she has also worked closely with asset management companies to reorganize their funds domiciled in the UK.
Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked for other leading law firms and, at one of them, led the international tax practice for the financial sector.
She is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
