Eduardo Sánchez-Ramade is an associate lecturer of commercial law at the Universidad de Sevilla.

Co-author of the collective work Crisis empresarial y concurso: Comentarios legales (Business crisis and bankruptcy: legal comments), Thomson Reuters Aranzadi, 2010, and of several legal articles in newspapers and journals.

He is a member of the Seville Bar Association since 1999.
