Dr. Kai Christian Fischer is a member of the Cuatrecasas German Desk, comprising 45 Spanish, Portuguese, and German lawyers from all practice groups and based in nine offices. He specializes in advising groups of companies from German-speaking countries on investing and engaging in business activities on the Iberian Peninsula and in Latin America.

He is a member of the board of trustees of the Goethe Foundation (Fundación Goethe) and former secretary of the board of directors of the German Chamber of Commerce in Spain.

He is a member of the German Lawyers Association (DAV), the International Bar Association, the Frankfurt Bar Association, the Barcelona Bar Association, the Spanish-German Jurists Association (DSJV) and the Association of German Executives in Spain (KDF).
