Diana Rueda has worked in the public and private sector, and for other law firms, providing legal advice and representing public entities and national and international companies in matters involving public law, state procurement and infrastructure projects (including airports, ports, rail, roads, prisons, basic sanitation, water supply and wastewater systems), with a particular focus on public-private partnerships.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, she worked as an associate for other leading law firms in Colombia. She also worked as in-house legal counsel at Strabag and as legal advisor for the Ministry of Justice.

She has participated in public and private tenders; project financing for fourth generation (4G) concessions; the drafting and review of concession agreements, PPPs, EPC, O&M, interfaces and joint venture agreements; and the related due diligence processes.

She has written several publications and has lectured on public law at the Universidad del Rosario and the Universidad de Medellín.

She is a registered arbitration secretary for the Center of Arbitration and Conciliation of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
