David Vidal specializes in infrastructure projects, including environmental and renewable energy projects. He advises financing institutions, sponsors, construction companies and operators of those projects in Spain, North Africa and Latin America.
He has participated in many debt restructuring processes in the real estate, energy, industrial and services sectors, advising debtors and creditors on preparing and negotiating standstill agreements, refinancing agreements and homologation processes.
He lectures at several Madrid institutions, such as Universidad Pablo de Olavide (Master for Admission to the Practice of Law), Universidad Pontificia Comillas-ICADE (Master of Laws) and CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros (Master in Business Administration of International Companies).
