Daniel Coloma advises on buying and selling companies in the hotel, tourism and leisure sector. He also advises large family groups and international tour operators on tax matters, including corporate restructurings and international taxation.
He is an expert in advising resident and non-resident individuals on taxes and assets, and in international real estate investments.
He is a member of the Balearic Islands Bar Association.
He regularly collaborates and speaks at conferences organized by the Spanish Association for Management Progress (APD), the Confederation of Business Associations of the Balearic Islands (CAEB) and the Balearic Association of Economists.
