Cristobal Cotta is an expert in advising clients on financing all types of projects (through PPP and PFI), e.g., infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate projects, using simple and syndicated structures (sale-and-lease-back and off-balance-sheet transactions).
He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association.
He lectures in a master program at Universidad de Navarra and in the Master in International Business Law (MIBL) at Universidad CEU San Pablo. He has also worked for the European Investment Bank’s legal department.
